The so-called Prussian Scheme was a suggestion to install some German guy as the new King of America just before the Constitutional Convention. Obviously that didn't work out and this story may be apocryphal. Why am I going on about this or how would this prevent the BL attack? Not sure how to answer that but had I known what was going on I would have frantically Instagram Messaged your parents in July 2021.
