Back in August of 2011 I quit my job because I got tired of being accused of giving out privileged information concerning an evening cake decorating class and their instructor when I did not. This occurred multiple times since June of 2008 which made me feel humiliated and scapegoated. In November of 2009 an individual from an evening PC Repair class yelled from behind me in a hallway obscenities at me in a threatening manner. The manager failed to do anything about it and subtly acted like he was shifting the blame on me. In August of 2011, a week after another privileged information accusation the management sudden,y demanded that I stay during grave yard hours and clean bathrooms and classrooms. I was not happy with this and quit.
In late April of 2013: they E-mailed me and offered me to comeback to work on Friday evening only. I initially agreed because I needed the money at the time. A week later in May, they chamged things to have me work Monday - Friday and used me for heavy janitorial work instead of my old office administrative assistant job. The first 2 days was okay, but the management constantly changed my job duties and micromanages and critizized every move I made. After I had set up a banquet room with chairs and tables which I did very nice and neat. The next day I got called in to the managers office and showed me about 20 pictures on his computer accusing me of making it look look like a mess and violating a fire code. The pictures did not look close to how I arranged it. After having to stay there till 1 AM to rearrange the banquette room again. I went home, exhausted. A coup”r of days later, I E-mailed my resignation and told them that I will not be coming back. 3 weeks later, a tornado struck and destroyed the Vo-Tech and I haven’t heard back since. I felt set up to fail and retaliated against for quitting in 2011.
